PURPOSE:To efficiently wash a heat transfer pipe without using specific driving motive power and a bearing by rotating an injection nozzle for washing in such a state that it is pushed up with water pressure and also aligning the end part opposite to the turning blade of the nozzle with water seal. CONSTITUTION:The fluid sent at about 7-8kg from a conveying pump is introduced into a turning blade housing chamber 3 in the lower part of a nozzle through a supply pipe 4 and gives rotating force to a turning blade 2, and force for pushing up the nozzle is added to a shaft 14; thereby, the nozzle is brought into contact with a bearing metal 29. On the other hand, one part of the fluid is introduced into a cover chamber 8 via a flow rate control part 9 from a flow path 7 and sent into the injection nozzle 6 through a fluid inlet 17 and injected through an injection port 16a. At this time, one part of the fluid is jetted through a fluid discharge port 21 of the center of a closed pipe 22 and fed to a bag-shaped bearing chamber 20. As a result, the seal due to the fluid is caused between the chamber 20 and the closed pipe 22 and the injection nozzle pipe 16 is aligned.
