PURPOSE:To effectively dissipate void water pressures without causing clogging apertures in crushed stones by a method in which a double structure of casing auger is penetrated into the ground, and while charging coarse crushed stones into the inner pipe and also fine crushed stones into the aperture between the inner and outer pipes, the casing auger is drawn out to form a sand pile. CONSTITUTION:A casing auger 1, consisting of an outer pipe 3, inner pipe 4, and two or three cutter pieces 2 attached to the tip of the outer pipe in an opening and closing manner, is penetrated into the ground 6, and before the auger 1 is pulled up, coarse stones 10 are charged into the inner pipe 4 and fine crushed stones 11 are charged into the aperture between the inner and outer pipes 4 and 3. In the double structure pile so formed, the clogging of apertures in coarse crushed stones by the soil of liquefied ground can be prevented, and void water pressures can be effectively dissipated.
