PURPOSE:To enable insert molding automatically and in a short period of time, by a method wherein an insertion hole for an insert for insertion of the inset and a fine hole having a fixing surface on the bottom of the insertion hole are provided, the insertion hole for the insert is made vacuous through the fine hole and the insert is fixed to the fixing surface through its suction force. CONSTITUTION:A hole 2' for insertion of an insert 2 is penetrated through in a vertical direction, a fine hole 4' whose diameter is smaller than that of the insertion hole 2' is penetrated through a receiving plate 4 in a vertical direction directly below the insertion hole 2' for the insert 2 and a fixing surface 2'' for fixation of the insert 2 is formed on the top of the receiving plate 4 of the bottom part within the insertion hole 2' through a difference between the diameter of the fine hole 4' and that of the insertion hole 2'. A vacuum suction pad 5 fixed by making use of suction force, for example, of elastic rubber is fixed on the undersurface of the receiving plate 4 directly below the fine hole 4'. When air within the insertion hole 2' is exhausted into the fine hole 4' in the direction of the arrow by driving the pad 5, the insert 2 is pulled downward through suction pressure of the air and the bottom of the insert is stuck and fixed to the fixing surface 2''.
