<p>PURPOSE:To heat uniformly and to obtain a product having a stable quality, by impregnating a base material of continuous length and belt-like shape with a polyimide resin, laminating a plurality of the base materials, heating it without pressing and curing it. CONSTITUTION:A base material of continuous length wound in a coil-like shape is unwound, immersed in a polyimide resin vanish 1 while being continuously transferred and impregnated with the vanish. A plurality of the base materials of continuous length are continuously sent while being laminated and metal foils 5 of continuous length are continuously laminated on one or both faces thereof. These base materials of continuous length are heated while being continuously sent, and a laminated body 7 of continuous length where the base materials are integrally laminated with the cured polyimide resin can be obtained by curing the polyimide resin infiltrated in the base material. A laminated plate (A) is obtained by cutting this laminated body 7 in a required dimension. A laminated plate (A) having a stable quality can be obtained by putting this laminated plate (A) of a constant dimension in an oven 9 at 200 deg.C for 120min.</p> |
