摘要 |
PURPOSE:To exactly measure turbidity by connecting turbidity measuring parts respectively to the base ends of optical fibers on a light emitting side and light receiving side and disposing the respective front ends coated with an acid and heat resistant material to face each other through a high-temp. strong acid liquid in a liquid vessel. CONSTITUTION:Laser light of a specified quantity of light emitted in a light emitting part 5a of a measuring instrument 5 in the liquid vessel 1 is released through the optical fiber 6 on the light emitting side from a front end exit part 6a into the liquid vessel 1. The transmitted light of the quantity corresponding to the turbidity of the high-temp. strong acid liquid 3 housed in the vessel is entered to the front end 8a of the optical fiber 8 on the light receiving side opposite to said fiber. The quantity of the light received through the fiber 8 is measured by the turbidity measuring part 5b and the turbidity of the strong acid liquid 3 is changed by a change in the quantity of the received light. The result thereof is displayed on a meter face of a display part 5c. |
