PURPOSE:To make it easy to rotate a bucket by means of a tilt cylinder by distributing a load applied to the bucket with rotation thereof to the slide members. CONSTITUTION:The front opening of a bucket 1 is formed in the shape of trapezoid, and both ends of the bottom 4 coming into contact with the ground is constituted so as to make an acute angle with a side plate 2a. An operation to tilt the bucket 1 in the longitudinal direction is provided as well as an operation to tilt the bucket 1 in the crosswise direction by operating a tilt lever by means of a tilt cylinder mounted to the chassis and an operation to lift the bucket 1 in the vertical direction by operating a lift-arm.
