摘要 PURPOSE:To check voltage fluctuation, by finding reactive power operation command values to a reactive power compensation device and an active filter on the basis of stochastic optimal control theory, and by adjusting the compensatory quantity. CONSTITUTION:Let sudden random reactive power fluctuation be a disturbance signal. The characteristics of a visibility coefficient curve to evaluate the output signal of a reactive compensation device (TCR) 2, reactive power signals of a parallel load 4 other than a fluctuating load 1, reactive power signals (DELTAQAF) by an active filter (AF) 8, etc. is represented by an equation of state. On the basis of stochastic control theory, the reactive power operation command values to the TCR 2 and AF 8 are found respectively. Adjusting the compensatory quantity of the TCR 2 and AF 8, the voltage fluctuation, especially the voltage fluctuation signal near 10Hz, is thereby checked.
