<p>PURPOSE:To enable a device to cope with its difficulty of automatic mounting work promptly switching to the mounting work by man power when a robot causes a trouble, by providing a stepped pile leveling machine, which separates a tire one by one from its step piled condition, halfway a tire supplying line and a backup station in the upstream side from this stepped pile leveling machine. CONSTITUTION:A mounting device provides a continuous feed part 2a in the upstream side of a car body conveying line 2 and an intermittent feed part 2b in the downstream side of the line 2, connecting these parts through an idle part 2c. And the device provides a backup station 3, in which a tire 11 is mounted by man power, in the continuous feed part 2a while a mounting station 5, in which the tire 11 is mounted by a robot 4, in the intermittent feed part 2b. While the device is constituted providing tire supplying lines 6, 7 in both right and left sides of the car body conveying line 2 and a stepped pile leveling machine 9, which separates the conveyed tires 11 in the step-piled condition into every one tire to be fed out, in the halfway of each line 6, 7 so as to supply the tire 11, separated in the machine 9, to each robot 4.</p> |
