PURPOSE:To equalize the loss of a coaxial cable and amplitude inclination, by providing a control circuit which controls a variable amplitude equalizer based on a signal to adjust a variable attenuator corresponding to the loss of the coaxial cable. CONSTITUTION:The control circuit 3 is constituted of amplifiers 18 and 19. And the amplifier 18 on one side amplifies the signal of an adjustor 4, and outputs it to the variable attenuator 1, and the amplifier 19 on the other side amplifies the signal, and outputs it to the control circuit 3. In such a way, the variable attenuator 1 is adjusted by the signal of the adjustor 4 responding to the loss of the coaxial cable, and the loss is compensated. Also, simultaneously, the control circuit 3 can compensate the amplitude inclination at the coaxial cable by controlling the variable amplitude equalizer 2 by the signal. In other words, it is possible to easily compensate the amplitude inclination only by adjusting the variable attenuator so as to compensate the loss of the coaxial cable.
