PURPOSE:To avoid adhesion of liquid substance to an end face part of a piston through reactive curing, by a method wherein an end face part of the piston of a mixing injection machine is provided with a porous body holding a mold release agent. CONSTITUTION:Under a state where a piston 10 takes a forward movement position, a molding tool and a top force 8a of a mixing head 8 are broken. Then a mold release agent 34 is applied to the inside of the molding tool and mixing head 8. In this instance, the mold release agent 34 applied to the surface of a chromium plated layer 32 of the piston 10 is held within a porous part 32a. Then when the molding tool and a top force 8a of the mixing head 8 are clamped, the piston 10 takes a backward movement position. Then isocyanate stock solution and polyol stock solution are supplied into a cylinder part 9 through inflow paths 28a, 30a and they are mixed up with each other. In this instance, as the mold release agent 34 is held within the porous part 32a, it does not happen that the mold release agent 34 is lost through a flow of a mixed solution. |
