PURPOSE:To enhance operability without enlarging bulk of the titled device and to make the device suitable for pressurized gas impregnation, HIP and others by enabling an actuator to actuate in the axial direction in a closed chamber of high pressure vessel. CONSTITUTION:An upper driving component 10 is stretched with a support frame 4 put in a shunting position, and an upper cover 2 is removed together with an upper section actuator 7. Also, a lower section actuator 11 having a crucible 14 through a press bar 12 is raised by contracting a lower section driving component 21, and impregnating materials are thrown from an upper end opening section into the crucible 14. Next, the upper driving component 15 is contracted and closed with the upper cover 2 and a thermal insulating cover 10, and a material to be impregnated is charged and set in, while the crucible 14 is set in the lowered position by stretching the lower section driving component 21. Then, the material in the crucible 14 is melted through a heater 5 and after deaeration, the lower section actuator 11 is raised and the material 8 to be impregnated is impregnated in the solution. |
