PURPOSE:To enable molding of a hole at a predetermined position by eliminating a weld mark, by a method wherein a punch and receiving body are provided at a confronting position with a molding space, and a moving device is connected respectively with the punch and receiving body. CONSTITUTION:A punch 17 moving within a molding space 18 surrounded by molds 15, 20 is provided on the mold 15 and a receiving body 21 for the punch 17 is provided movably on the mold 20 by facing on the punch 17. When a rod of a first hydraulic cylinder 19 is extended and simultaneously a rod of a second hydraulic cylinder 22 is moved backward at the time of completion of precooling of a molding material A, an appropriate position of the molding material A is punched by the punch 17. This punched piece B is inserted into a stationary mold 20 side according to a backward movement of the receiving body 21. Then the movable mold 15 is moved backward by a mold clamping ram 11 and a molded product C is taken out by extending an ejector rod provided on the movable mold 15. Then the punched piece B is taken out by extending the second hydraulic cylinder 22.
