PURPOSE:To easily and surely connect a capacitor to a piezoelectric element in series, by laminating a capacitor substrate on a piezoelectric substrate, deriving drawing electrodes to be connected of both substrates on the same side parts, and adhering a relay electrode at a derived side part. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor substrates 8 and 11 are arranged on and under the piezoelectric substrate 5, and the electrode having connection to the substrates 5, 8, and 11 is derived to the side part on the same side, and the relay electrode or an external electrode 15 is adhered and formed on the derived side plane. Thereby, the piezoelectric element 2 can be connected in series to capacitor units 3 and 4 easily and surely. Also, the capacitor units 3 and 4 having a prescribed temperature coefficient (beta) designed in advance are connected to the piezoelectric element 2 in series. In such a way, since it is possible to negate the fluctuation of a frequency-impedance characteristic due to the temperature change of a piezo-resonator 1, the deviation of a frequency can be evaded, and a piezoelectric component superior in a temperature characteristic can be formed.
