<p>PURPOSE:To perform stable, high-efficiency vibration transduction while reducing the power consumption by providing a vibrator which generates ultrasonic wave vibrations and plural conduction members which are fixed symmetrically about the vibrator and has nearly the same shapes and send the vibrations generated by the vibrator to a specific member. CONSTITUTION:Conic pen tip members 23b and 23c are fixed by adhesion, etc., on both sides of the vibrator 22 made of a piezoelectric element. Electrodes 22a and 22b of the vibrator 22 are led out to the peripheral edge parts of the vibrator 22 and contact electrodes provided at specific places of a pen holder 21. Thus, the pen tip members 23b and 23c in the same shape are fixed symmetrically on both sides of the vibrator 22 and then the vibration system constitutes a resonance system which is symmetrical about the vibration direction, so the high-efficiency vibration transduction is performed stably. Consequently, the electric power for vibrator driving is reduced.</p> |
