PURPOSE:To miniaturize an auxiliary instrument for collecting excretion of pets or the like and facilitate to handle it by providing an expansion plate actuated by means of a spring or the like at the front end of a vertically movable board with a handle so as to make it possible to put excretion or the like in a bag or the like by means of the expansion plate. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 39 is released, and an expansion plate 6 is actuated by a spring to expand a folding frame 22 for protruding the expansion plate 6 forward. Pulling of a link 17 in this state allows the expansion plate 6 to swing backward in such manner as shown by imaginary lines making a lower plate 7 rake excretion for putting it in a bag or the like not shown in the figure. After putting it in the bag or the like, a stopper 40 is undone and the frame 22 is folded. This constitution serves to miniaturize a captioned instrument, make it handy to carry and facilitate excretion treatment.
