PURPOSE:To reinforce pelvic bottom muscle to allow the same to perform contractive motion, by mounting a stimulation means generating a stimulating pulse for contracting pelvic bottom muscle. CONSTITUTION:The stimulation generator 4 in a stimulation means 2 forms a predetermined stimulating pulse train on the basis of the signal from signal processing apparatus. An electrode body 10 is constituted of a main body 11 capable of being inserted in the vagina or anus, a stopper 1 for preventing the main body 112 from entering up to a predetermined depth or more, a grip part 13 making the electrode body easy to handle, an electrode 14 provided to a predetermined area and a pressure sensor 16 cabable of being provided in the main body if necessary. The pressure sensor 16 as a pressure detection means detects the change in conductivity generated by the deformation of a silicone tube. By this constitution, the predetermined stimulating pulse train is applied to pelvic bottom muscle lowered in function through the electrode to make it possible to restore or recover the function thereof.
