PURPOSE:To always keep a good release state, to increase a line speed and, further, to prevent the deformation of a product, by forming a plurality of release lines to release paper in parallel to the tensile direction of a poultice so as to hold the contour of the product therebetween and subsequently releasing the release paper part held between the release lines and covering the becoming the product. CONSTITUTION:By the cutter 5 provided along the draw-out direction of a poultice raw fabric 4 formed by covering the surface of the sticky ointment applied to a support 1 with release paper 3, a plurality of release lines parallel to the draw-out direction are formed to the release paper 3. The release paper 3 of the poultice raw fabric 4 is pulled in the direction almost opposite to the draw-out direction while the surface of the release paper 3 is pressed by the press member stretched over in the direction crossing the draw-out direction of the release paper 3 to release only the release paper 3 having a predetermined width so as to expose the sticky ointment part becoming a product.
