PURPOSE:To make easy and quick pasting operation possible and at the same time prevent wrinkles at pasted art from developing by a method wherein core members are pasted along the edges of a leather and a thickness member is pasted to the inside the leather and, by shifting the core member at 90 deg., the core member and the thickness member are pasted to the predetermined surface. CONSTITUTION:A core member 12 is bonded by adhesive 14 or the like to one side edge of a leather, which is cut to the predetermined size. The core member 12 has a rectangular cross section with sides L and t. A thickness member 16 is bonded by adhesive 18 to the inside of the leather 10 at the position unward by a distance of about L from the rectangular corner (a) of the core member 12. The thickness of the thickness member 16 is almost equal to T. The member 12 is pulled down at 90 deg. about its rectangular corner (a) in the direction indicated with the arrow 22 so as to raise one side edge of the leather 10 at right angles. Adhesive 24 is applied onto the surface (c) of the member 12 and the top surface of the member 16. The leather edge part raised along the member 12 is arranged and bonded along the reference line of a ceiling board. Similarly, a leather extending leftwards is bonded to the ceiling so as to arranged the leather in such a manner that their pasted surfaces closely join to each other.
