The subject of the invention relates to a method of manufacture and the product obtained consisting of a diaphragm for diffusing sound emissions for loudspeakers. It is constituted by the combination firstly of aramid fibre walls 1, 2 placed on either side of an axial epoxy resin lining 3 and then by the penetration of these three elements with a very hard synthetic resin powder 4, 5 formed by microspheres so that this agglomeration produces by moulding with counter-pressure on a smooth thrust surface, a microgranular wall for projection of sound waves. Its purpose is to allow displacement of air layers without any deformation via the diaphragm set vibrating by an electromechanical transducer. <IMAGE>
