发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING URIC ACID IN SPECIMEN OF LIVING BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify operation while keeping high sensitivity and high accuracy, by preliminarily decomposing hydrogen peroxide in a specimen using an inorg. catalyst. CONSTITUTION:About 1ml of a specimen (urine) is taken in a test tube and platinum black is added to said specimen as a catalyst to perform stirring for about 1min. The treated urine is filtered to remove the platinum black. Subsequently, the filtered urine is diluted to 1/100 by distilled water and 1ml of the diluted solution is taken and 10mul of uricase is added thereto to perform reaction for 10min at 30 deg.C. After reaction, 100mul of the reacted solution is taken, and a luminol solution and a potassium ferricyanide solution are automatically distributed thereto using a luminometer to generate light emitting reaction and the amount of generated hydrogen peroxide is measured to perform the quantitative analysis of uric acid. That is, uricase is allowed to act on the specimen of a living body and the specific enzymatic reaction with uric acid is generated to generate hydrogen oxide which is then measured by a chemical titration method, an optical method or a physical method to perform the quantitative analysis of uric acid in the specimen of the living body.
