PURPOSE:To control air conditioning properly and finely with simple devices by a method wherein as the first step, the openings of dampers in dusts are changed in response to the temp. difference in each place and as the second step, the openings of control valves are changed in response to the necessary supply amount of heat in each room and the control of these two steps is repeated. CONSTITUTION:As the first step control, room temp. are detected by temp. sensors 3, 4 placed in rooms 1, 2 respectively and the room temp. differences are changed into deviation signals by a difference temp. controller 17 and the openings of dampers 7, 8 in ducts 5, 6 are changed in response to the signals. Thereby, the dispersion of the temp. in each room 1, 2 caused by the change in the necessary supply amount of heat to each place is made smaller. Then, as the second step, the room temp. are detected by the sensors 3, 4 in the rooms 1, 2 and a logical calculus is practiced by a controller 18 for the amount of heat and signals are sent to control valves 15, 16 to control continuously the supply amount of heat from heat supply devices 13, 14 and the temp. in each room 1, 2 is caused to approach a target value at all times. The control of said two steps is repeated.
