摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost, by a method wherein longitudinal blade groups having pins are moulded in a parallel state by using first resin, a moulding space for a coupling rod is formed around the pin by means of a slide mold, and second resin is injected in the space. CONSTITUTION:A molding space formed by slide molds 7a and 7b communicates with a molding space formed by split molds 6a and 6b. First resin injected in the mold through a gate 8 formed by the upper parts of the split molds 6a and 6b flows through the two molds 6a, 6b and 7a, 7b, and a blade body 1 in a desired shape containing a pin 4 is integrally molded. After molding is completed and the resin is cured, the slide molds 7a and 7b are separated from each other by a given distance, and a molding space for a coupling rod 5 is formed on both sides of the pin 4. Second resin, for example, resin being incompatible with the first resin and having high shrinkability during cooling is injected in the space through a gate 9 situated below the slide molds 7a and 7b to mold the coupling rod 5.
