The invention concerns a simplified arrangement of a particular type and applies especially to a sickbed. It is the actual turning technique 1 and 7 (Fig. 2) in this construction which is decisive in facilitating the method for patients and staff alike. For heat and hot-air drying, the soundless and well-known Swiss heating apparatus Leister hotwind "S" (or similar) is fitted, electronically adjustable from 20 degree to 800 degree Celsius. (Sterilization and killing of bacteria). The bed construction is free from dust and also in part bacteria-free, and everything is regulated by a thermostat and the current is for example 24 volts. If motion is wanted, the plastic tooth construction (Fig. 4) is mounted on the lower part (Fig. 1). The construction offers sauna, shower, bath, hot-air drying etc., and it is possible to lie at the temperature which suits one.
