PURPOSE:To extend the life of a belt twice by twisting the belts of the upper and lower belt devices so that the obverses and reverses may be reversed so as to form the so-called Mobius band to install. CONSTITUTION:An upper belt device 17 is laid upon the lower belt device 19 and the upper-side belt of this upper belt device 17 and the lower side belt of the lower belt device 19 are each twisted so that the obverses and reverses may be reversed. These upper belt device 17 and lower belt device 19 are both driven by a motor 13 and wire 3 is held between the lower-side belt of the upper belt device 17 and the upper-side belt of the lower belt device 19 and transferred in the shifting direction of the belt and discharged into a wire box 11. Since each belt of these upper and lower belt devices 17, 19 shifts the wire 3 while reversing its obverse and reverse every revolution, the belt has doubled its length substantially and the life is extend twice.
