PURPOSE:To improve the safety and operability of a work, to improve the impregnancy and to improve the capacity performing rate of a solid electrolytic capacitor by employing complex salt using TCNQ with alkyl group as anion as solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane with alkyl group as represented by a formula is used as the anion of complex salt. In the formula, R is 1-18C alkyl group. Cation uses quinolium or isoquinolium or those having N-position alkyl group. An electrolytic capacitor made of the complex salt is formed of anion and cation. Thus, the safety and operability of a work are improved, the impregnancy is improved, and capacity performing rate is improved. |
