AUTOMATIC OPENING AND DELIVERY APPARATUS FOR CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOX

PURPOSE:To automatically open a corrugated cardboard box within a short time to deliver a commodity contained therein without damaging the same at all, by cutting the left and right side edges and front and rear side edges of the bottom part of the corrugated cardboard box by a rotary cutter and removing the corrugated cardboard box to deliver the commodity from the opening part of a gate plate. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated cardboard box A is supplied to a pusher type cutter apparatus 11 to be pushed forwardly on a fixed table 22 and the both side edges of the bottom part thereof are cut by a rotary cutter 21. Subsequently, the corrugated cardboard box A is transferred to the stationary table 31 of a cutter moving type cutter apparatus 12 and sucked and firmly fixed from the lower side thereof by a vacuum pad 34. A moving table 32 is moved in the lateral direction and the front and rear side edges of the bottom part thereof are cut by a rotary cutter 33. The corrugated cardboard box A is removed by a grasping and transfer apparatus 14. Bottles B are inserted in a grid like frame 50 to be positioned on the gate plate 102 of a delivery opening part 103. The gate plate 102 is opened to supply a predetermined number of the bottles B into an appropriate lower container 106 from the opening part 103 through a chuter 105.
