PURPOSE:To uniformize weight of compact product by adjusting packing depth of granular body in a mortar so that filling weight of granular body becomes constant based on correlation among stamping load, the filling depth of the granular body and the filling weight of the granular body. CONSTITUTION:A load-electroconverter 13 of a load cell, etc., is arranged in the supporting body 12 of the lower roll 11 and a filled depth detector 21 is arranged in a lifting shaft 16. It is decided whether the filling depth P is in the permissible range of P-W curve between the stamping load P and the filling load W of the granular body in the mortar by output signal of the converter 13 or not, and driving source 20 is worked by the output signal of the computing element 115 and the lifting shaft 16 is lifted through worm mechanical gears 18, 19. By this method, a filling depth adjusting rail 9 is lifted, to adjust the filling depth H in the mortar 3. Based on characteristic value of the granular body, as the filling depth H in the mortar 3 is automatically adjusted into the permissible range, the weight of the compact is uniformized. |
