<p>PURPOSE:To enhance work efficiency by providing a picking work space with a pallet holding space having enough space to allow a pallet to be taken in from a side and nonreturn pallet holding means in a captioned equipment in a automatic warehouse or the like. CONSTITUTION:An operator in a work shop places the respective specific load on pallets 11 in pallet holding places 9A-10C specified by each destination from the pallet or the like conveyed in a picking position according to instructions. Each of these pallet holding places 9A-10C is equipped with nonreturn pallet holding means 12 for holding the pallet 11 by means of stoppers 14 and forms a space 13 allowing the pallet 11 to enter from a side by means of a forklift thereunder. After completing picking, a fork F loading the empty pallet 11 is inserted into the space 13 to hold the pallet 11 by means of the holding means 12, and the mounted pallet 11 on the upper deck is carried out. This constitution can serves to enhance work efficiency.</p> |
