PURPOSE:To make it possible to reciprocate hose, etc. along the winding face of a winding drum through a guide shoe interlocking with the revolution of the winding drum so as to wind uniformly by cutting the spiral grooves of a rotary spiral axis interlocking with a winding drum axis into shape which guides this guide shoe for its reciprocation and turn at both ends of this spiral axis. CONSTITUTION:When a winding drum 3 rotates to wind hose 5, the hose 5 whose one end is connected to the winding drum 3 through an insertion sleeve 19, a guide pulley 18 and a guide sleeve 13 is wound on the winding drum 3. At this time, the guide shoe 9 of an introduction sleeve 12, which is set to the spiral grooves 7a, 7b of a rotary spiral axis 7 interlocking with a winding drum axis, shifts toward one end of the spiral axis 7, guided with the spiral groove 7a and when it reaches this one end the guide shoe 9 turns back and shifts toward opposite end of the spiral axis 7 since the spiral groove 7a connects with other spiral groove 7b directed toward opposite end. By the reciprocation of this guide shoe 9, the hose 5 is guided to wind round the drum 3 uniformly between the both ends 3', 3'.
