PURPOSE:To analyze a repeated input signal by sampling the same without using the trigger from the input signal, by sampling an unknown repeated input signal over many cycles to judge the frequency of the input signal and determining a phase increment at every sampling and rearranging the sampled signals to output the same. CONSTITUTION:At first, an unknown repeated input signal is sampled over many cycles to form the time recording of the data of magnitude. Next, the fundamental frequency of the repeated input signal is judged from the sampling results. Continuously, the phase data of the repeated input signal to a reference phase is judged with respect to each of the sampling results. The sampling results are rearranged on the basis of said phase data to output the rearranged sampling results.
