PURPOSE:To keep the fine view on a dining table and to perform sanitary disposal, by a method wherein the bottom part of an outer bag body is made openable by a perforation line and the tea bag contained in said bag body is charged in a cup from the bottom part thereof in a suspended state and, after tea is infused, the tea bag is immediately drawn up to be again returned into the bag body from the bottom part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A perforation line easily to open is applied to the bottom part of an outer bag body 1 and the tea bag contained in the bag body is drawn out from the opening part thereof to be immersed in the hot water without a cup and drawn up as it is at the time of drawing-up to be returned into the bag body from the bottom part A thereof. When the wetted tea bag is again returned in the outer bag body and lightly pressed from the central point B of the bag body to the central part thereof from the outside by the tip of a finger, water droplets fall and the moisture in the outer bag body is removed.
