摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simplify a drive circuit and to make a switching speed fast by a method wherein two solar cells are connected in inverse-parallel between a source and a gate of an output MOS Tr and light-emitting elements which can be actuated individually are arranged face to face with the respective solar cells. CONSTITUTION:If an electric current flows to a light-emitting diode 12 and does not flow to a light-emitting diode 11, a photovoltaic force is generated by the light 10 at a solar cell array 22; a positive potential is impressed on gates of output MOS Tr's 31, 32; the output MOS Tr's are turned on. A solar cell 21 is biased in a reverse direction by the solar cell 22. Then, if the supply of the electric current to the light-emitting diode 12 is stopped and the electric current flows to the light-emitting diode 11, the solar cell 22 loses its photovoltaic force and the photovoltaic force is generated at the solar cell 21 which is connected inversely to the output MOS Tr's. A positive electric charge of the gates is absorbed by this photovoltaic force; inversely, a negative electric charge is accumulated and the output MOS Tr's 31, 32 are turned OFF.</p>
