PURPOSE:To prevent a retrieval mark, etc., of a non-image region from being detected erroneously as an image area, and to improve the detection accuracy of the image area, by inputting the size of the image region to be inputted, to an input means, and specifying the image region to be recorded, based on the size of said image region. CONSTITUTION:Image information of a microfilm F being an information recording medium of an information recorder is exposed by a projection lamp 1, made incident on a shutter plate 14 of a shutter base 13 placed on a photosensitive drum 12 through an optical system consisting of reflecting mirrors 5-8, a projection screen 9, scanning mirrors 10, 11, etc., and brought to an image formation on the drum 12. In this recorder, a keyboard 70 being an input means is arranged, a numerical value of width in the horizontal and vertical directions of an image region to be recognized is inputted by a key 70a of this keyboard 70, its numerical value is displayed on a display part 70b, and the displayed numerical value is supplied as an image region to an arithmetic circuit. In such a way, it does not occur that a non-image region is detected erroneously as an image region, and it is prevented that a toner adheres to the outside of the image area. |
