摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a filler capable of making a compound which has an excellent low strain property, decreases generation of flashes at the time of molding and contributes to an increase in the curing rate in metallic molds by consisting said filler of spherical powder having the specific particle size distribution in an RRS particle size diagram. CONSTITUTION:This filler consists of the spherical powder having the under-mentioned particle size distribution in the particle diameters of the particle size range in which the gradient of the straight line connecting one point of 10-30wt.% of the cumulative weight % from the max. particle size in the RRS particle size diagram and one point of 70-90wt.% is <=1.1 and the cumulative weight % from the max. particle diameter is 20-80wt.%: The above-mentioned particle size distribution is <=10wt.% difference between the actually measured value of the cumulative weight % from the max. particle diameter and the interpolated value of the cumulative weight % from the max. particle diameter at the particle diameter interpolated from the above-mentioned straight line. The above-mentioned RRS particle size diagram refers to the particle size diagram indicating the particle size distribution expressed by the equation. In the equation, R(Dp) denotes the cumulative weight % from the max. particle diameter to the particle diameter Dp; Dp denotes the particle diameter; (b), (n) denote constants.
