PURPOSE:To produce the titled heat transmission panel tube having excellent heat transmitting characteristic by lining up multiple members of inner tubes sticking insulating ceramic on the outer surface thereof at some intervals and casting outer tubes and flat plate parts at the outer side of the inner tubes at the same time while cooling the inner tubes. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic powder 4 is stuck on the outer surface of the inner tube 3 and it is set in a mold 8 and while flowing coolant 7 in the inner part of the inner tube 3, pouring is executed into the outer side of the inner tubes 3, and the outer pipes 2 and the flat plate parts 2 are cast at the same time to form the heat transmission tube panel 1 having duplex pipe construction composing of low alloy steel. This heat transmission tube panel 1 is obtd. as the shape firmly holding the ceramic 4 and the inner tube 3 caused by solidified shrinkage of the outer pipe part 2, and the heat transmission panel for using as the stream generator in a fast breeder is obtd. without developing any harmful space in the gap between the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 2.
