Process for the reaction of branched olefins with alkanols
摘要
A process for the reaction of branched olefins with alkanols in the presence of hydrogen and catalytically active lamellar clays at elevated temperatures and pressure offers particular advantages, in particular in the economical respect, if instead of the hitherto customary catalyst-loaded ion exchange resins lamellar clays are used which are loaded with catalytically active amounts of hydrogenation-active metals.
