PURPOSE:To use a device for private language and to process general language programs by providing a program language translator which converts a program described in the general language to a program described in the private language and performs the reverse conversion. CONSTITUTION:A source program 22 described in the general language is inputted from an input device 1, and various data are extracted from this source program 22. Results are subjected to the structured processing, and the program is converted from the general language to the private language in 1:1. This programs described in the private language is outputted to an auxiliary input/ output device 4. This program is inputted from the auxiliary input/output device 4 and is compiled. Result are outputted to an output device 5. By this constitution, a general language user can use a controller produced for the private language without paying his attention to the private language.
