PURPOSE:To improve safety at the time of the occurrence of the defective returning of an accelerating pedal, or the like, when a braking operation has been conducted and a speed changer is being operated so as to shift into a gear position except a neutral one, by arranging so as to force the learning value of a control reference to change to the stepping on amount of the accelerating pedal at that time. CONSTITUTION:A stepping on amount detecting means b to detect the stepping on amount of an accelerating pedal a is provided, and the minimum value of a detected stepping on amount is learned by a minimum value learning means c, and a throttle valve d is controlled to open/close by a valve controlling means e in accordance with the detected stepping on amount whose reference is a learning value learned by the means c. Also, a brake operation inspecting means g, a gear position detecting means i to detect the gear position of a transmission h and a clutch operation inspecting means k are provided. And it is so constituted that when the step-on operation of a brake pedal f is inspected and the gear position except a neutral one is detected and yet the step-on operation of a clutch pedal j is not inspected, the above-stated learning value is forced to change to the detected stepping on amount at the time by means of a learning value changing means 1.
