发明名称 BED HEIGHT CONTROLLING DEVICE OF FLUIDIZED BED
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to keep the bed height constant at all times and at the same time to maintain the interlayer temperature uniformly by a method wherein flow rate control means of fluid medium are provided and the control means are open and closed based upon the deviation of at least one means out of a temperature detection means and a pressure detection means. CONSTITUTION:The furnace pressure in a fluidized-bed type incinerator 1 is detected by a pressure detection means 12 arranged on a vacant column part 5 and the chamber pressure in an air chamber 4 is detected by a pressure detection means 13. A pressure operator 21 issues control signals 22c and 22d based upon said detected pressure in order to control the feeding and discharging rates of fluid medium by opening and closing the control means 16 and 17 respectively so as to keep the difference between the furnace pressure and the chamber pressure constant at all times. In addition, a temperature detection means 10 detects the temperature at the upper side of a fluidized bed 3 and a temperature detection means 11 detects that at the lower side of the fluidized bed 3 on order to detect the interlayer temperature of the fluidized bed 3. A temperature operator 20 issues control signals 22a and 22b based upon said detected temperatures in order to control the feeding rate of fluid medium and inorganic residue 23 so as to keep the interlayer temperature constant at all times.
