PURPOSE:To enable simultaneously press molding of plural sheets of laminated flat masks without inserting an insulator at non-effective section by setting the contour of each flat mask short only at one side. CONSTITUTION:First flat mask 31 has non-effective section 35 where an aperture 34 does not exist which is long on X-X axis while short on Y-Y axis and non- effective section 37 where aperture of second flat mask 40 does not exist which is short on X-X axis while long on Y-Y axis. Two flat masks 31, 40 secured tightly through paraffin injected to aperture sections 34, 36 in a box 33 are pressed simultaneously to produce a face having predetermined curvature and skirt sections 51, 52 for supporting said face. With such structure, no insulator will exist on the curved face section of mask and no insulator is required to be arranged between two flat matrixes prior to pressing to facilitate manufacture and to realize economy. |
