<p>A device for receiving and/or transmitting electromagnetic signals in the form of waves from or in a broad frequency range from 33 MHz to 1042 MHz. The device comprises a planar element (1) having an array of constituent planar plates (2, 3, 5, 6) arranged in a configuration such that the planar element (1) is symmetrical about at least one axis with each of the said plate members being connected either indirectly or directly to, or continuous with, the other plate members. The planar plates provide an enlarged capture and transmission area for electromagnetic waves on the front and rear faces of said plates.</p> |
