<p>External fixing device (1) for bone surgery, particularly dento-maxilo-facial surgery, comprising at least an undeformable rod (2) having a portion (4) of constant cross-section and rectilinear axis, a spacer element (5) such as a lip spacer which is fixed to a rod at a distance from the extremities of the portion (4) substantially perpendicularly to the axis (8) of said rod portion (4), at least one moving element (9) associated to the portion (4) to freely slide along the latter and wherein is provided an opening (13) of which the axis is substantially parallel to the axis (8), which opening provides a passage for a bone trepanation tool (14), and means (15') provided on the element (9) to immobilize it with respect to the rod portion (4).</p> |
