PURPOSE:To facilitate a production of a clause by sorting and storing relatively phases and idioms having high using frequency in response to the component elements of a clause and displaying the guidance with operation of keys to designate the number of desired words and phrases. CONSTITUTION:The phrases and idioms having high using frequency are sorted relatively in response to the component elements of clauses and stored in a disk as shown in a figure (b), for example. Then a keyboard is pushed to display ''HAIKEI'' (Dear Sir, etc.) on a CRT. Then a guidance key on the keyboard is pushed to display a list of words and phrases of (b) on the CRT, and word numbers are pushed as ''6, 1, 5, 1, 1,'' for example, in order of items A-E. Then an ''ENTER'' key is pushed to display a sentence 11 shown in a figure (c) following ''HAIKEI''. Thereafter, the guidance key is pushed in the same way to read out a file of words and phrases and then to combine these words and phrases. Thus a desired clause is obtained. In such a way, it is possible to produce various types of clauses with high efficiency and with a small memory capacity. |
