PURPOSE:To obtain a porcelain capacitor excellent in resistivity and bending strength via the baking at 1200 deg.C or less in the nonoxidizing atmosphere by specifying the basic constituent and the additive constituent of dielectric porcelain. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric porcelain is constituted of the basic constituent 100pts. wt. and the additive constituent 0.2-10.0pts.wt., and the basic constituent is made of (Ba1-v-wMevMgwO)k(Zr1-x-yTixSiy)O2, where Me is at least one kind of element out of Sr and Ca, v=0.005-0.980, w=0.001-0.05, x=0-0.5, y=0.005-0.100, k=0.8-1.25 respectively. The additive constituent is made of Li2O, SiO2, and MO, where MO is at least one kind of metal oxide among BaO, ZnO, SrO, and CaO. A porcelain capacitor with the resistivity of 1.0X10<8>MOMEGA.cm or more and the bending strength of 1500kg/cm<2> via the baking at 1200 deg.C or less in the nonoxidizing atmosphere. |
