PURPOSE:To collect a circulated slip data according to a command of a department desiring to process the data by providing a means acquiring a circulated slip reserved by a preceding circulating department through the start of a party scheduling the circulation. CONSTITUTION:In the case of issuing the collection request from a terminal equipment system 8, a slipt data collection system 2 is operated and a circulation slip list 4 comprising a circulation slip list 11 is retrieved to retrieve a terminal name to be collected. Then a distribution request is issued to a terminal system 7 to operate slip data collection systems 2, 5, 6 altogether and a circulation slip data is transferred from a data storage file 9 to a data storage file 10 through a host computer system 1. Moreover, the circulation slip list 11 consists of the circulation slip path comprising a slip 1D, a data storage file and plural terminal names. Thus, the circulation slip data is transferred by the collection command from the distribution party to attain the smooth circulation of the slip data. |
