PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of the economy and the quick system change by providing in advance a management path and having only to connect a management processor 30 so as to convert a decentralized processing type system into a master lead type system. CONSTITUTION:An interface (management path) 40 is provided in addition to a control interface 15 used normally in at least one node equipment 1 connected to a loop 10 and a management processor 30 aiming at the loop management is connected to the path 40 and the node 1 is used as the loop management master to manage the loop 10. Thus, it is possible to convert the decentalized processing system into the master leadership type system. Thus, the system mode is converted freely without large modification.
