PURPOSE:To prevent the seizure of a material to be worked and the cracking of a die by not only spraying a lubricant on the material, the front surface of the die and a punch but also feeding the lubricant to the inside of the die and the material. CONSTITUTION:The 1st lubricant is sprayed, via an airless pump, manihold, zozzle, etc. on the front surface of a die 4, the head part of a material 5 to be worked, and a punch 6, respectively, whereby external lubrication is accomplished. On the other hand, the 1st lubricant and the 2nd lubricant from a grease pump are mixed by a mixer 15 and the mixture is fed, via a pipe 18 for feeding the lubricant mixture, by an extrusion port 20, to a hole 21A for insertion of a knock-out pin and is fed further by the pumping effect of a knock-out pin 21 to the inside of the die 4 and the inside of the material 5 set therein, whereby the die and the material are internally lubricated. |
