<p>Substitued 2-acylpyridin-α-(N)-hetarylhydrazones are suitable active principles for the treatment of microbial and in particular mycobacterial diseases and for the treatment of malaria and malignant tumours. These compounds exhibit a pronounced synergistic efficacy in combination with inhibitors of folatsynthase, dihydrofolic acid reductase, DNA synthesis and RNA synthesis.</p> |
