PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of an electrically-driven driving means, etc., by providing a cover which closes a cartridge room, the electrically-driven driving means for driving the cover and an elastic member which absorbs a driving force from an electrically-driven driving means if an external force is added to the cover. CONSTITUTION:The cover 4 which closes the cartridge room 8c, the electrically- driven driving means for driving the cover 4 and the elastic member 53 which absorbs the driving force from the electrically-driven driving means if the external force is added to the cover 4 are provided in the camera in which the leader part F of a film is drawn into the camera and wound to a spool 10 after the cartridge room 8c is closed in the state where the leader part F of the film is left outside the camera. Therefore, even if the back cover 4 is thoughtlessly stopped by pushing the back cover 4 with fingers and inserting something under the back cover at the time of closing action of the back cover, a charging disk 48 continues rotating because the charging disk 48 is interlocked with the back cover 4 through an absorbing spring 53. Thus, the destruction of the electrically-driven driving means, etc., can be prevented.
