PURPOSE:To secure the safety of the titled system by allowing each person to set a pass word of its own home freely in each housing so as to prevent illegal use of the third party. CONSTITUTION:Setting means 9-11 setting a pass word are provided to home controllers 6-8 so as to allow a resident to change its own home pass word number in each house. The telecontroller 4 communicates the pass word inputted from an external telephone set 1 through a public line 3 and the pass word set by the pass word setting means 9-11 of each house by using a dwelling common wire path 5 and uses a comparison means whether or not they are coincident. Since the resident can change and set freely its own pass word, the illegal use by the third party is prevented and the safety of the system is enhanced.
